The hotel room was comfortable and the service staff were extremely friendly. The hotel also offers a complimentary parking lot, and multiple restaurants are located downstairs. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near an outlet mall. Overall, this hotel provides a satisfying experience for guests, with comfortable accommodations and excellent service. The availability of a free parking lot is a definite plus, and the proximity to multiple restaurants and an outlet mall adds to the convenience of the location. I’m an American businessman (diamond) member with Hilton Honors…since I found this diamond in the rough I will never waste another penny or ¥ at Hilton Corporation Japan. If you want traditional Japanese over Little America you will agree!!!

Room is considerably clean, best of all, it's spacious considering the average size of the hotel rooms in Japan. Staff crew is always warm and friendly. 👍 Love the location though it's not in the central, it's not too far either, approx 20 - 30 mins drive to Tenjin and Hakata. For visitors who prefer to stay in an area that's quiet and with a view, this is THE hotel. One of the highlights is that the hotel bakery serves very yummy chocolate cake. ( I bought 4 of them home!) @Hotel Marinoa Resort, keep up the good work. Will definitely like to be back here if we ever visit Fukuoka again.

This hotel is further away from the city but it is right next to outlets and plenty of things to do. You can easily take the bus to the city. The bus runs right beside the outlets. The service here is pretty good. The only thing I would knock it for is the air never seems to work right.
